How to deal with pig manure in farm?

Livestock manure is one of the main sources that pollute the environment. It is also a valuable feed or resource of fertilizer. Through a series of processes, the manure can be made into feed or compound fertilizer, which can not only turn waste into treasure, but also reduce pollution and prevent disease. Next, Zhengzhou Shunxin Engineering Equipment shares common techniques for harmless treatment of pig manure.
1. Composting
Compost is a more traditional and feasible method for the treatment and utilization of livestock manure. The use of compost turner can achieve better treatment results in reducing the amount, dehydrating and harmless of manure in a short period. And the temperature generated by the fermentation of pig manure can kill the eggs and pathogenic bacteria to achieve the purpose of harmless.

2. Feed technology (fermentation treatment)
The feed of manure resources is an important way for comprehensive utilization of livestock manure. Livestock manure contains a lot of undigested protein, B vitamins, mineral elements, crude fat and a certain amount of carbohydrates. Especially the content of crude protein is high. The manure after fermentation can become a better resource of feed for livestock.
3.The decomposition of biological
The low-grade animals such as fly maggots, earthworms and snails can decompose livestock manure to achieve the purpose of providing protein and dealing with livestock manure. The cow dung and the feed residue are mixed and decomposed first to reach the physical and chemical indicators required for the earthworms to lay eggs, hatch, and grow. Then, the decomposed material is spread on the ground in the appropriate thickness and the earthworms are put in to reproduce.
4.Septic tank
The septic tank is a device for processing, filtering and sedimenting of manure. The principle is that the solidified material decomposes and flows away at the bottom of the tank, which prevents the pipeline from being blocked and giving the solidified material sufficient time to hydrolyze. Septic tank is a method that uses the principles of sedimentation, anaerobic, and fermentation to remove suspended organic matter in domestic sewage. Sewage enters the septic tank for 12-24 hours of treatment, and the precipitated sludge undergoes anaerobic digestion for more than 3 months to decompose the organic matter in the sludge into stable inorganic matter and purify the treated sewage.
