- Working principles
The double roller extrusion granulators for this series belong to extrusion slip model. Its working principle is as follows: the main motor drives belt and belt pulley and transmits to the driving shaft by reduction gears, then the split gears on the driving shaft engage with the driven shaft, working in opposite direction. The materials are added from the feed hopper, and mould through double crusher, then demoulding & pelleting. Through a pair of chain, the materials are sent to crushing & screening room, and become balls. Then the return materials are mixed with new materials and start granulating again. With the continuous rotation of electric motor and unceasing input of materials, it can achieve mass production.
