Chicken Manure Fermentation Technology
1 Add appropriate auxiliary materials (sawdust, rice, wheat and other broken straw, or grass, etc.) to the collected chicken manure according to its moisture content, so that the moisture content is 60%-65%.
2. Add 2 kg of fermented bacteria to per ton of chicken manure, mix well, and pile up to a height of 70-80 cm, a width of about 1.5 m, and any length.
3 After stacking, prevent rain and direct sunlight. A layer of grass can be covered on the pile.
4 Let it ferment automatically. After 2-3 days, (depending on the external temperature, the temperature above 10°C is about 2 days), the pile temperature can reach 60°C, then turn the pile once, and the pile temperature can reach above 70°C in 3-4 days. Then turn once every 5-7 days. Turn over again 1-2 times, with the heap temperature not exceeding 60°C, and the moisture content of chicken manure below 30%, the fermentation will be completed in about 21 days.
The above operations are for reference only. If you want to be more commercialized and standardized, you need to install a set of testing equipment to check whether the various indicators of fermentation completion, such as moisture, organic matter, harmful substances, heavy metals, and insect eggs, are up to standard.
